Condition Surveys
We can carry condition surveys on equipment to help understand age, condition and longer term plan to swap out the kit to avoid any downtime or revenue loss.
Removal, Storage & Refurbishment
We can arrange to sell on, disposal & virtual inventory is no longer required or if a site has closed down for a refurbishment or permanent closure. We can also refurbish any equipment using manufacturers O&M parts.
We have many key relationships with key suppliers across the UK & Europe in order to facilitate a refurbishment process.
Asset Tagging & IoT Preparation
Good asset management is critical in reducing costs. We can help in two ways with asset tagging:
- In existing equipment, we would understand the relative and age and condition of the asset to determine a realistic remaining life cycle, this can then be used to determine ongoing repair or replacement of equipment.
- New equipment can be tagged and added to your CAFM system or data base to catch this critical data from day to manage your new assets long term.
- Both processes could well be a precursor to any IoT implementation where automating the management of assets through key data points can help both long term capex & opex expenditure.
